Phone Call Log Format Guidelines

Understand the Requirements First:

Before creating a phone call log, you should evaluate your needs and requirements first. You should be able to understand if you want the call log for budget saving purposes, to enhance your employee’s interactions with the clients or to increase the sales of your company. You can even use the call log sheet to check and limit the time of each conversation and how sales pitch is conveyed to various employees.
